The company

C.E.I. was born in 2005 from the union of a few entrepreneurs, who decided to capitalise their experience to meet the needs of the local metal industry. Thanks to the active collaboration with many local industries, we have gained extensive experience in the treatment of non-ferrous metal: brass, copper, bronze and aluminium. Over the years, we have enhanced our research, development and set-up activities. Our way of working has enabled us to participate in all stages of metal casting and refining, for which we can optimise the process and resolve any issue regarding mechanical components.

Moreover, we can provide the automatic control system needed to monitor the quality standards of the process and its output. Our equipments and services are available for every manufacturing department: scrap management, casting, extrusion, drawing, packaging of finished products. For the industries which deal with metal refining and recovery, we have developed a technology to dry and purify non-ferrous metal shavings and filings. This technology is acknowledged as “Best Available Technology” by the bodies responsible for protecting the environment.

The plants are realised in our manufacturing plant, which relies on a carpentry department and a machining one. Our manufacturing methods are continuously evolving. High-quality manufacturing requires high-performance machine tools; as a consequence, we provide machines of modern design, which meet the specific needs of the required machining. All our plants and special machines are tested in our facilities prior to the delivery and consigned “turnkey”, in order to provide a further warranty of proper working.
