Services for continuous casting

We design and realise tailor-made solutions to improve the internal logistics of any department. Our machines are personalised and very solid. Moreover, they are very reliable in terms of handling and storage of billets and extruded products. Our automatic warehouses are provided with a production order management system. Upon request, it is possible to interface it with the customer’s database.

We design and realise circular saws which are extremely powerful, reliable and easy to use. They can be supplied in the horizontal/flying version (i.e. retractable). The electric control can be automatic with PLC, in order to to manage the whole work cycle, or semi-automatic. The standard predispositions of all our projects are the following:

• Variable cutting speed, continuously adjustable by means of an inverter.
• Double or triple independent lockable clamp to hold the bar in position.
• Motorised equipment to remove the shavings.
• Wagon advancement by means of a variable ball screw on linear ball rails.
• Full machine protection with panels.
